Yoga for Health
Spread over 7 days, the program takes you through 7 key aspects regarding your health and well-being. Using the knowledge from here, you will be able to harmoniously live with yourself and have a better connection between your mind and body. During the start of every class, we teach you about a specific health subject after which, you will have a therapeutic yoga practice spread over 90 minutes to improve your breathing, meditation, posture and relaxation techniques. Even if you are a beginner, you can be a part of this course. There is no prerequisite knowledge required for this course and all that you need is motivation! In this course, you will learn more about how to deal with the challenges that arise in your body, mind and emotions, so that you are healthy in the long run.
