Xhale Yoga Retreat & Teacher Training – Pai, Thailand
Thousands of people have come from far and wide to take this course
So what makes it so special?
For over 8 years now, we have been organizing retreats in the Pai valley and our courses hold all through the year. We structure our program such that each group has a population of 5 to 18 to ensure that the groups are small and more effective. Having smaller groups ensure that each individual group member gets all the attention, guidance and mentoring they need.
We focus on purification and internal peace thus our programs are geared towards a holistic approach to life. Being holistic is a lifestyle and goes beyond just being a yogi and eating organic foods. It’s an ongoing journey of self-discovery. It involves carefully examining every aspect of you life, from food to relationships, from career to hobbies etc. and removing all that is toxic from them.
Pai valley is known for its divers natural environment; nature lovers would get a kick out of this location. It has waterfalls and woodlands for nature lovers, mountains for walkers, climbers and bikers. For those who are looking for an oasis of nature; blissful and calm, away from all the noise of the cities, this is the perfect destination.
